Our Design Process

First Connections
You share your project goals, style inspiration, as-is pictures and approximate budget. We share referrals, general guidance and produce a fee proposal. You sign a design contract with us.

Concept Design
We measure the space, create a layout concept and work with the contractor to complete scope details. You choose and order appliances. We work those dimensions into the design.

Quote to the Client
We present the design concept, develop the palate and discuss options to meet your budget. You make decisions regarding finish options that affect pricing.

Revisions
We integrate changes into final design. You would sign the sales contract and pay a deposit.

Order & Scheduling
We place the order with our factory and other suppliers. You can order any self-sourced components, if applicable.

Construction
The demolition and underlying construction takes place; framing, plumbing, electrical and flooring. You can communicate any changes or delays.

Delivery & Installation
You pay the balance of the sales contract. The client or contractor ensures the space is ready and then we schedule delivery and install the cabinets.

Project Reveal
Once countertops are installed and tiling is complete, we tour the space with you and enjoy its beauty. If there are additional finishing details required, parts are ordered.
